Extremely kind hosts. Huge garden.

Fantastic spa hotel. Everything was great. Staff are lovely, rooms comfortable and well designed. Winter or summer the pools are clean and warm. This was our fourth stay and we look forward to the next. Keep up the high standards

Cozy and warm place with amazing and very friendly staff and service. The rooms were clean, the facilities (mineral outdoor pool and spa) were excellent. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Definitely we’ll visit again! :)

The facility and the spa are really nice

Access to a warm pool directly from your hotel room! Friendly hostess and warm family atmosphere. I recommend.

This place is second-to-none. Deep into the forest, clean air, peace and quite, a river, a herd of freely roaming horses, a view at the Alps-like snowy peaks form my room, exotic animals from all around the planet... And then the staff ... - a lovely family business, people who know what you want before you know you want it .... And if you are a rider, they have it all - from Arabians to calm local breads, and riding in the divine environment.

Perfect location for my activities. Powerful shower. Plenty of bedding and towels. Lovely receptionist with excellent English . Bed so comfy, slept 9.5 hours one evening. Room large with a living room, kitchenette and a separate bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Lota of hot water.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with both indoor and outdoor mineral pools perfect for relaxation. Cozy resting areas and the friendly staff made our stay truly special.

An exceptional clean warm and cozy room in old looking building but very well kept

Great balcony, very nice views and very quiet

Amazing place! our second time here. Great facilities, spa, pool and food. Its a bit far from Bansko ski resort, about 10 mins drive, but because the hotel is so great, it is worth the distance.

Beautiful view, excellent food and welcoming staff. SPA facilities - spacious, clean and also positioned with great views. Many opportunities for indoor entertainment without leaving the hotel.

The BEST hotel if you want winter holidays on Bansko. The room was very clean , large and with nice view. The breakfast and the dinner is the richest I have ever seen with the best quality and quantity choices. But the highlight of the hotel is the bright new spa facilities..you will experience 10 pools (3 outdoor very hot with DJ). Value for money choice and one of the best hotels I have ever been!

Everything Service, food, cleanliness, spa service, comfort, caring and polite staff! Perfect management!

Very friendly and human! Some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the hospitality sector. Well done, keep it up please!

Very helpful welcoming owner and his wife.

Well the people that rent are really nice and warm welcoming, nice atmosphere and you can have a good sleep because the area is queit

Great hotel, value for money. The breakfast is excellent. The spa facilities and swimming pool were a massive plus point. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, next to a park and 10 minutes walk to the city centre.
