This place is second-to-none. Deep into the forest, clean air, peace and quite, a river, a herd of freely roaming horses, a view at the Alps-like snowy peaks form my room, exotic animals from all around the planet... And then the staff ... - a lovely family business, people who know what you want before you know you want it .... And if you are a rider, they have it all - from Arabians to calm local breads, and riding in the divine environment.

The apartment was large, warm, clean, the beds were new and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because it offers much more for the price.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

The breakfast was great, plenty of food. The room was warm and clean, it has a big terrace. The hotel is in a quiet location, surrounded by evergreens. Great place for relaxation!

Perfect location for my activities. Powerful shower. Plenty of bedding and towels. Lovely receptionist with excellent English . Bed so comfy, slept 9.5 hours one evening. Room large with a living room, kitchenette and a separate bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Lota of hot water.

It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location as it is close.to.Bansko but it is quiet and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The all-inclusive service is great with plenty of food variety, the staff are very friendly, the spa is clean and suitable for small children as well.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Very kind and helpfull people, pet friendly, amazing and delicious breakfast, great dinner, shuttle bus to and from gondola lift on demand, this was super, very cozy lobby.
