The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, surrounded by trees which provide fresh air. The room was big, clean and well equipped. Short travel time to Balchik if you want to go for half a day trip and visit the Botanic Garden.

Spacious rooms. Great food selection and quality, good alcohol. Helpful staff. Nice pools. Very good entertainment program for kids and talented animators.

Thanks to head of reception! Good service! Delicious food. Recommended

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed! Very clean, spacious, and nice decorated. The staff was just amazing; the food was great, and there is a shuttle bus to the beach all day.. Everything was just perfect.

A very good hotel for its four-star rating. I would especially like to thank Kremena Yaneva. Thanks to her professionalism, all my requests were accommodated. She is understanding, responsive, and excellent at her job. She knows how to handle different guests’ needs with care and attention. Employees like her make guests want to return and help a hotel build an excellent reputation. I would also like to recognize the two buffet managers, both named Nikolay. The buffet offers a wonderful variety of food, with something for every taste. Everything is delicious, spotlessly clean, and well organized. The team works smoothly together, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A special mention goes to the bakery section: I have never had such delicious croissants anywhere in the world! The rooms are clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This stay left me with a very positive impression of GRIFID hotels. On my next visit, I would love to try GRIFID Noa. Highly recommended!

I reserved 2 rooms with balcony for family members with children age 11 and 14. Everyone had a great time. The food was great and diverse, the rooms and premises were very clean, the aqua park and children’s activities were excellent. The children were super happy during the stay. Prior to arrival I was in contact with the hotel to pay for dinner for the last day. Everything went smoothly and the hotel’s reservation team was very helpful and responsive. All in all it was a great experience and nobody had a single complaint.

All I liked and enjoyed in the hotel, but specially People ! Amazing kind and beautiful people.

Very cosy and clean room with a nice view. The beach is also wonderful and very clean, but if you are not a beach fan, there is a big pool at the hotel for you. The staff is nice and smiling :-). I am perfectly satisfied and would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable bed, big rooms.
