The hotel is ideally situated for the airport and was easy to find. The Check-in process was really efficient and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were excellent with everything you could need, very modern and stylish. We went to the mall that's within walking distance where there's plenty of places to eat and lot's of opportunity to shop. We had booked an overnight stay before getting our flight back home to the UK. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to people who are wanting somewhere before or after a flight. We'd also definitely stay here again when in Sofia.

    The hotel was brand new and everything inside was in great condition. The room was very clean, the furniture was in excellent condition, and the bed was super comfortable. Props to the housekeeping staff- this may have been the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were all very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely- a lot of variety and food was good quality. Location was close to many shops, restaurants, the mall, King’s Bakery. Also very close to the Opalchenska metro stop which is convenient for the airport.

    The hotel is next to everything. Food, groceries, and small venders that sell food or items. I highly recommend happy bar (it’s down the street from the hotel) gato negro is like 12 minutes from the hotel and paradise Mall biggest mall in Sofia and best one out there. The mall has happy bar there too.
