I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my recent stay in Sofia. When I arrived, I was met with an unexpected public transport strike, which made my stay quite challenging. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist me in securing a taxi but was unfortunately unable to do so. To my pleasant surprise, one of the staff members generously offered me a ride in her private car. I insisted on offering her money for the ride, but she kindly refused. Her kindness truly made a significant difference in my day. While the hotel itself may be a regular establishment, it is the warmth and willingness of the team to help that truly stands out. The exceptional attitude and generosity of the staff have left a lasting impression on me. Thank you once again for welcoming me to Sofia. I look forward to my next visit!

We had a bad experience in our previous hotel and this was a slice of heaven. We were room 206 with 25 meters and it’s a gorgeous place. The location could not be better, literally a block from the main pedestrian tourist street but still quiet. Even the breakfast room is beautifully decorated and very calming. We spent time on the upper deck with flowers and able to enjoy the free happy hour at 6:00 PM. Milena in reception was so informative and welcoming, she arranged cabs and laundry. Hristo and Lubomir ran breakfast and the happy hour, they shared information as well as making us feel comfortable and at home. Vlrdo took care to always ask if the hotel was good and drove us to the bus depot as promised. We enjoyed a dessert at 5:00 delivered to our room without charge and in short would highly recommend the staff, place and location.
