All the staff are welcoming and nice. It’s our first time visiting Montreal. Carol(not sure about the spelling sorry) taught us how to buy weekly pass for the bus and subway, and also gave us advice on nice places to visit. They also helped us book taxi to airport. Breakfast is good. The hotel is cozy and warm, easy to get to anywhere by bus or subway. Nice stay! Thank you all!

Kutuma Hotel staff were more than helpful in aiding us in getting to the hotel itself from the airport with good advice on transportation services. They were also extremely helpful in waiting for us upon our arrival and getting our bags to our rooms. The service that we received at this hotel was far superior to many of the high end, more expensive hotels that we have experienced in the past. On top of all of this, the staff were remarkably friendly with greetings or attending to any needs. For the hotel itself, everything was comfortable, clean and in excellent working order. The Blue Nile (on-site hotel) has great food that is reasonably priced for the quantity that you get.
