Nice, clean, modern decor, well located

Excellent location. Very close to Mont Royal (less than 10 mins) and Old Montreal was not too far either. Easy access to a lot of stores and fantastic facilities (sauna, pool, gym etc). The staff were also extremely helpful and very friendly

This place was really conveniently located. We were able to walk to the train station to head out to Quebec City, and walk to pretty much every restaurant we wanted to try. We really appreciated how walkable the location was! The coffee shop was very nice, and the check in and check out process were a breeze. Overall a great, simple place to stay that was reasonably priced and offered great value.

My first impression was how clean and modern the lobby was. The concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t need of anything for the whole weekend. There is ample parking and it was very close to 2 subway stops. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good location and comfortable rooms.

The room was clean, spacious with a very big and comfortable bed. We didn't feel like we missed anything, maybe a window view. We got a room which had the window oriented towards the inside of the hotel but it didn't bother us that much (and not all rooms are like that). There was a window from the bedroom to the shower too, covered with a curtain if you don't want to use it. The breakfast consists of pastries, coffee, some fruits, cereal. The hotel is in a very good location, Montreal is pretty much walkable and that area is full with restaurants and anything you want. Very easy to walk to other parts of town or to access the metro and the underground city. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay at Chez Swan, a very good price-quality ratio.

Everything , I didn’t know my room had 2 bed and a balcony, the breakfast is to die for , oh my god!!!! They have everything you can imagine for breakfast

It was nice to stay there, staff's were very polite and cooperative, it was very easy to access metro and bus stop. Room was very clean and facilities were good as well.

The staff was wonderful very helpful very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

This beautiful hotel has the hospitality and service that you expect. The building style, the location is great. I enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was so good. The front desk staff amazing. Beautifully kept and decorated. Sophisticated without being overwhelming. Everything was in excellent taste.

The staff is amazing. The location is great and I couldn’t get over how gorgeous our room was. The food at the restaurant is great and the bar scene is so fun. Thank you to Neil at the front desk for going above and beyond and being the kindest during our stay.

I really like this hotel and always stay here when I go to Montreal. The in room coffee is not good, so I don't bother with it, but go to the 1st floor coffee shop. They have excellent coffee, and food.
