The location of the hotel is a bit outside of central Zurich but by car you can reach Zurich easily. The hotel offers free parking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very nice. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Excellent hotel with a magnificent view of the Zurichsee. High end facilities with a modest, but very nice spa, that includes an outdoor hot tub and special reservable, salted floating tub. It features a high-end restaurant we did not have a chance to visit, but appeared to have an excellent menu. Breakfast had pretty much everything, including the view. Nothing, including parking, the spa, the floating tub, etc. cost extra. All included. And only one short train ride from Zurich.

Facing the beachfront, Alex Lake Zürich offers 5-star accommodation in Thalwil and features a garden, shared lounge and terrace.

Stayed in a lake view suite for 2 days.It was a fantastic view and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.Staff was very helpful and friendly from the minute of check in and out.Nice location,close to old town, peaceful place.Worth the price..
