It a very nice place to stay very clean and excellent staff

Fraser and Elvina at the front desk were amazing!. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. We are from the US and wanted to go to Luzerne and were a bit uncomfortable taking the train ourselves. Fraser walked me through the process, helped us buy tickets and provided printed material. A very pleasant and professional man with a a great attitude. Elvina was also very pleasant and helpful and had offered to do the same. I talked to her multiple times, she was also very helpful and made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. Both were exceptionally well groomed!

Location is amazing, in the heart of city center, with the terrace on the Rhein River. The stuff is very nice and helpful.

The location was perfect for the Viking Cruise we were taking. We were able to walk to the port. The morning staff were really warm and helpful. Loved the old building.

Super modern hotel with everything you could want, great choice of hot and cold breakfast, room size and view (13th floor) was great. Free mini bar which was restocked, coffee machine, safe, air con good, bathroom awesome with powerful shower. All staff friendly and helpful, would gladly stay again.

Location, accessibility to most of the attractions in the city.

Very comfy and stylish. Two three stops from the city centre. Very clean.

Free coffee daily. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Good bathroom and toilet.

I loved the breakfast area - it is such a warm and cozy area, with big glass windows surrounded by green trees. Breakfast there was truly perfect and relaxing start of the day. Staff was also very kind - I had problem with air-conditioning and they switched my room imediatelly, despite high occupancy duting those days.

The property was great and the staff was very helpful. The Basel Pass was great.

Breakfast was excellently organized

Complementary water, beer and coffee, very soft pillows, right outside the tram stop, very nice staff.

All the staff were best except one Who was at night who was supposed to help us our check in He was very dismissive and made us wait for long time when we had kids sleeping on our shoulders Everyone else was best

Nice, clean, easy to check in hotel in a good location

Great location near transportation and places to eat. The city card which covered transit was a very nice addition. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had great amenities. The wifi was good. The family room includes a built-in kids toilet seat, which was a very welcome addition.

One short tram ride away from the train station. Very clean and comfortable with great staff.

The breakfast and food are absolutely delicious. Cannot say enough about how friendly the staffs are to their customers. This place is a gem.
