I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

Absolutely love this place. Have stayed here many times & I have never been disappointed. Position is excellent, rooms are excellent, service is excellent & best breakfast in Bern. The outdoor terrace is stunning.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, modern and at a central location. Hotel stuff were friendly and very helpful when asked for recommendations and things to do around. Breakfast had plenty of choices, raging from eggs, pancakes, bread, juces, cheeses etc. Very professional, before arriving the hotel informed as that we could use any public transport in Bern for free as part of the tourist program that the city of Bern runs. Recommend it!!!!
