An absolutely amazing, beautiful place in the heart of Zurich. It's a historic building, but inside, it's a stylish hotel. We were greeted very warmly, been congratulated on our anniversary, and were given a charming room, exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and very professional. I can't wait to return to this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!

An exceptional hotel on a small side street, placed on top of the cafe with the same name. Huge room: beautifully decorated and stylish, really impressive! Great amenities as well. Very nice and helpful staff, easy to check-in and out. The breakfast in the cafe was also wonderful - definitely recommend.

Compact room right in centre of Old Town. Lovely personal touches like toothpaste, tooth brush and air-conditioning unit as so hot. Bathroom was small but ideal. Would recommend.

The whole place is lovely and so central

The hotel provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and close to all the main attractions, making our experience even more enjoyable. It was my birthday, and I found a chocolate bar in my room with a nice wording for my birthday.

The stuff was really nice and helpful. There were small chocolates for welcome. We were in Switzerland for four days in four different cities and this room was the cleanest one and the most spaceful. The shared bathroom was also super clean. The room had everything we needed.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable room. Top location-old town is car-free, better use the train or tram. Wifi was good. Bathroom was amazing, with towels and everything you need.
