Excellent location, wonderful and helpful staff, exceptional hotel

My stay exceeded expectations. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and struck the perfect balance between modern style and cozy comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.

Fabulous find. Room was gorgeous…warm, comfortable and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cafe below a bonus for breakfast…delicious food.

Very kind concierge team and bell boy team! It's convenient that you made a kids club in the hotel, thank you!

Location, buffet espectacular

Excellent location, friendly staff, everything was as described.

The hotel is a beautiful classical structure, in a great location, with welcoming receptionists who are ready to assist you. Rooms are large, marble covered bathroom and comfy beds and pillows and crispy bedlinen. The hotel is walking distance to Old City, center of the city, Zurich lake shore, museums, shopping, train station. Breakfast is great, with plenty to choose and for any taste and great staff serving. We are returning guests. I reccomend the hotel. It is not a cheap hotel, but a great value for money for Zurich if you look into all above. 🍀☀️✨️🌟

Easy to find Basic but what needed Coffee machine appreciated Free luggage room with lockers Clean Check in was easy

Fabulous location, room was big. Bathroom lovely. Has luggage storage lockers (free). Building has a lift and window blinds to manage heat/sunlight.

Easy check-in, access and check-out.

The room is very clean and big, including the washroom. Very accessible also. Even if the surroundings outside could be quite loud, you cannot hear it inside the rooms.

Location, cleanness, and staff approach....excellent

perfect location, exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large room, comfortable bed

Everything. The location is excellent, partial view of the river from our room, the communication from the hotel prior to and throughout our stay was excellent. Clear, concise information relating to our check in which was late due to a delay with our flights. Our room was a great size with a large, exceptionally comfortable bed. We asked for more pillows for our second night and they were supplied immediately. Well appointed full bathroom with a deep bath, the shower has excellent water pressure and there was lots of hot water. The restaurant is quirky, with great food and fantastic service. The included breakfast is tasty and well stocked.

Thank you for arranging my son birthday

Location, hygine ,hospitality, desingn of flat,

Compact room right in centre of Old Town. Lovely personal touches like toothpaste, tooth brush and air-conditioning unit as so hot. Bathroom was small but ideal. Would recommend.
