The hotel is in a perfect location, very cosy and comfortable. I got an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was lovely. The beds are wide and very comfy. My dog could stay with me for a reasonable fee. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic!

We had a great long weekend at Mad Retreat which is a brand new facility with elegantly designed chalet rooms and a superb SPA area. The hotel has a beautiful garden area in nature, a beautiful heated outdoor pool with a view of the Alps and very elegant chalet style rooms. It is located within a 10 minute walk to Haute Nendaz. The service was also great, we really enjoyed their vegetarian restaurant, the forest walk activity that we attended (there were several yoga/pilates/mediation sessions) and the super helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend Mad Retreat for a calm and relaxing weekend in Nendaz!

The hotel has all the basic stuff. Personal was very helpful. This town surprisingly has quite good hiking trails. And the food in the restaurant was very good

We only have good things to say about this place. Silvie, the hotel owner, and other staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The common area is warm, cozy, with 24/7 self service tea and snacks and confortable couches to read and relax next to the fireplace. It also had two sauna rooms that we loved, especially after a long day skiing. The location of the hotel was great, only 5 min walk from the slopes. The rooms are small but enchanting, with everything you need. And the breakfast was top notch! Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone coming up to Verbier to ski or do other sports on the mountain. We couldn’t have imagined it better.

What a beautiful room! the room size with the balcony and the view, honestly worth every penny. the hotel is super fun, they have music going on from 6 till way after midnight. Go and have fun!
