Charming little hotel. In the center of Gstaad.

Warm atmosphere, great service and good rooms. Very close to the train station.

I was extremely pleased with the room I got. It had a balcony. From the room I had a beautiful view to the northwest. The room was very clean. The receptionist bothered about my guest card. For some reason I didn't receive it digital. She sent an e-mail about this to me. At the end she printed it out and gave it to me the other day. The breakfast buffet looked great. Overall it was very quiet in the hotel.

Staff and location were great. And they advised us of the jazz festival in town, which turned out to be a fantastic bonus.

The host sent a message at the day with the links to the instruction videos. In fact the videos were so helpful and we could easily find the key and get into the room without any problems. The location was really wonderful - we could enjoy the amazing mountain view and go to the bath on foot in 10 minutes.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was firendly. We had a nice stay. Would book again.

The location is the only positive but Zweisimmen is such a small town location is irrelevant.

New and well-kept location. Very clean and high quality.

From the spa, the sauna, the pool, to the cake buffet to dinner, breakfast and lunch, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our time.
