Czech RepublicParking right by the entrance, exceedingly helpful staff, a really beautiful room with everything you may need, a tasty breakfast with gluten free options and the hotel is in a great location. The manager and staff have a great attention to detail, it really shows. One of the best places we've stayed in so far.

We were only in town for a day and a half, so the proximity to the train station made it easy to get in and out of town. We did a couple of walking tours which didn't take us too far from the centrally located hotel. We also walked to the port and took a boat across the lake to Evian. Again, great location. The room had a good size. Ours also had a balcony overlookung the lake and Mont Blanc. The location is good for Laussane centre (Though, for tourusts, perhaps Laussane centre is not an obvious choice). Getting to the hotel from the train station was harder than expected.
