The Stoffel hotel was indeed a happy find. Right from entering this renovated old house with the slight scent of pine we knew it would be perfect. The room with a South facing balcony onto a glorious mountain scene was the setting for a wonderful stay. The staff were warm,friendly and helpful and the evening meals in the restaurant were very special. We will return to Arosa and especially to the Stoffel hotel.

Everything was great. Check-in was easy. Comunication in Whats app was easy. Thank you GAB, you were very helpful. Breakfast was really good – eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, croissants, and much more with an awesome view of the mountains. After skiing, we loved grabbing complimentary tea at the cafe/tea bar. We even tried the complimentary bowling on the ground floor. The ski/bike room was convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski lift (5 min) and close to the bus station to go to Arosa center. We really enjoyed staying here.

I love the spirit of the hotel, the history with famous visitor Hermann Hesse, the location just a few steps away from the ski lift, the view over the mountains. I had a lovely time!
