Everything. Staff amazing. Pool superb Food fantastic Room lovely Shower fabulous.

A wonderful location with stunning views over Lake Maggiore. An excellent, dog-friendly restaurant with stylish menus. Glad there was a lift for my husband to use: the dog and I climbed many steps to acces the garden as the hotel is perched on a ridge. However, the space was very cleverly used with quiet areas as well as a lovely terrace with a bar.

Excellent hotel Excellent place Excellent staff I give 7 star

The owner was super nice and always available to help. We were two couples and got upgraded rooms because she wanted us to be mostly comfortable

Great check-in/check-out and key system, fourniture, restaurant, room space, parking, sound isolation.

Location is great, two minutes from bus stop. The staff is excellent, very nice and welcoming people:) The room was big, clean and comfortable

Free private parking good breakfast Clean Comfortable Close to train station

Everything, easy access from motorway, good free parking and within easy reach of a lovely restaurant. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent with many staff, the waitress so nice with you asking if you needed something more, the bed so comfortable and lovely landscape from the window 🫶🏼

Nice welcoming staff and great breakfast. Love the hospitality.

We felt so welcome. The location was perfect for the train station and bus to Tenero. Breakfast was good. Good restaurants nearby. We will be back.

Great facilities (like the spa) and a very comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable.

Secluded and very quiet location with beautiful view.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Nowhere have we met such friendly staff - two brothers and father Besomi, who also own the restaurant next to the hotel. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again. Good local breakfast, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable beds, parking, prts friendly, help in solving problems and recommendations for visiting the sureounding. They all speak excellent Italian, German and English. The family restaurant was the best culinary experience in the italian part of Switzerland for us so far. Thank you

The hotel owner is the kindest person who did not mind to drive me to the next village, not just once, but three times within 24 hours.

Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean.

Wonderful place with everything you can wish for when travelling with kids.
