I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my teenage sons. The facilities were superb - we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was wonderful. The breakfast was also fantastic, and we enjoyed 1 hour complementary use of the spa/sauna . The view from our room was magical. The staff were friendly and bent over backwards to cater to our every need. It was my favourite accomodation throughout our time in Europe and I would highly recommend staying here.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in and the prices are value for money. The customer focus of the staff is outstanding - compliments to the management for their hiring and training. An all-round excellent hotel. Spa/sauna facilities are very good indeed, and for once, there is a hotel gym that is a real gym - way above the average for even high-end hotels. I enjoyed my stay a great deal and will be coming back after this experience.

Great architecture, very well laid out, good food, nice staff. Perfect for family skiing, groups of friends etc etc. we actually had a mishap on the slopes- a member of our party broke her collar bone and needed hospitalisation and the staff at the hostel went above and beyond with their helpfulness and understanding. The provided a late dinner for anxious parents and lots of advice and reassurance as well as flexibility around check out and booking extra nights. Would rate 110%

Posthotel Rossli is a beautiful wooden chalet in the heart of Gstaad, couldn't be a better location for walking round the village, or along the river to Saanen or Rougemont, the Wispli gondola is walking distance as well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - moving my room twice until I got the best one available. Breakfast is the standard continental for Switzerland but they will also fry or scramble eggs on request.

We loved this charming hotel. Personnel was kind, amenities are excellent, comfy, clean, and very cozy. Easy access to train and ski lifts. Nice decoration. Excellent restaurant (good cocktails). Cute living room/bar area with fireplace, and really nice complimentary tea time. The charm of of a small hotel with the standards of a 4*. Kudos to the team!

This was really a great luxury hotel experience with very high standard on everything and an exceptionally service-minded and attentive staff. The playroom is a great plus if you travel with small children. The location, in a large garden literally in the centre of Gstaad is also great. Very good value for money.
