We booked this hotel during the Canton Fair. They provide a shuttle to and from the hotel which is great. The hotel is located in walking distance to Beijing Lu as well as other temples and tourist spots. Free coffee and juice and popcorn at the lobby. We brought our kids along since we went to Chimelong during the weekend, and it was such a wonderful surprise when we entered a room and found a tent, books and toys & toiletries for kids. The bathroom even came with a potty for the toilet. The staff were great, very accommodating and kind. TERESA was wonderful, she really helped us with our booking (we were a group of 10), so she did her best to give us rooms in the same building despite the busy season. I would really recommend looking for ger especially if you don’t know any Chinese. KRISTINE was also very accommodating especially with the kids. and FU was also very kind. They helped book Taxis for us too.

    Very convenient location with beautiful Pearl River view next to the building. My child loved the upper unit in the duplex apartment. Fantastic customer service that we got everything sorted like changing a room, reserving a room, microwave, extra quilts, and luggage storage.

Great location to explore Shamian Island and Shisanhang Museum. It is near Xidi Wharf where I took a 50-minute long cruise along the Pearl River. Close to both Huangsha and Cultural Park subway stations.

    24hr Lobby, Friendly Staff, they did an effort to communicate with us and explain. We used a translator. The location is very good. 1 block away from the pearl River.

    Everything was amazing, we were for canton fair the past October, and the room, food, shuttle, staff and places in the hotel and around it was wonderful; we were for work but the hotels location is really close to make some tourist, old town Guanzhou and pearl river let us to know more about city, and is just 10 minutes walking to the train station named cultural park! We are so thankful by the hotel and we will come back
