Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety. I appreciated the complimentary laundry services. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location and it’s close to everything. I walked to Nanjing and The Bund they’re both a 20 minute walk. The staff were wonderful and very kind from the front desk to cleaning staff, very hospitable! I ordered food and put the wrong address and the front desk lady was very sweet in helping me get my order. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and caring. The rooms were very clean and better than the pictures. They have a scent throughout the hotel that smells lovely. Breakfast was a spread of different foods, the food 10/10! I can’t wait to come back again!!

Very good taste in terms of decoration, beautiful architecture and renovated facilities. Room was nice, well equipped and quite technological. Staff was super kind and thoughtful.

The Park hotel is in an amazing old building with so much character. My single room was on the 18th floor with an incredible view of Nanjing Road and all the lights. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Plus very easy to get around the city.

Everything at the hotel was amazing. Entrance, staff, room, chill out areas. Staff was very friendly and gentle. They helped us to feel comfortable, and provided very useful information about where to go and what to see. The location is the best at the city i believe. I'd like to say special thanks to Mr. Owen from the reception, who was very gentle and friendly, his support made our stay amazing!

Location is fantastic with only one minute to the metro People Square. A little walk to East Nanjing Shopping Road. The Hotel is connected to shopping mall, New World City. Room is clean and smell good.
