Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Mrs.Lily is the core of this establishment if you don’t speak Chinese. She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages, ordering food etc. Mr. Zhu Haizhi happened to be my driver for my entire stay - super polite, attentive, professional, punctual and ready to help. The room was exactly as on the pictures. Fresh fruits every day waiting on the table.

I was upgraded to a suite and the room was incredible. Lots of space, comfortable bed, really nice bath with bath salts and good location along the riverbank. Huang took care of me really well taking me to all of the tourist places and making the trip really special. Highly recommend.

The Hilton Garden Inn hotel is simply amazing. The whole structure is conveniently located in a very nice and quiet area in the city of Wulingyuan, surrounded by the mountains and lakes. Five minuted by car (we hired Didi) from the east gate (one of the main entrances) of the Zhangjiajie National Park, the main attraction in the area (see the mountains that inspired for Avatar movie). The room was superb: spacious, excellently refined with a wonderful view. Facilities (SPA, pool, etc.) were amazing, breakfast excellent. The staff is welcoming, extremely polite and helpful.
