The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we needed something, they always provided us. When we were looking for a fried dumpling restaurant and Wang at the reception gave us the location of the restaurant. Another time I was looking for a pharmacy and Ms. Tian brought me there and translated what I needed. They also cooked a chicken soup free for me. The service was very good and brought us water bottles frequently.

Friendly and professional staff from the front desk, concierge to room cleaning services. Magnificent room view in the CBD of Nanjing. Convenient location proximity to Metro lines 1&2, shopping malls and eatery...Although the main hotel building (not the Asia Pacific Tower) was built more than 3 decades ago, it's well kept and never had any aging appearance.

Great location and a wonderful room. It was easy to access everything and fun to be one block from the Confucius Temple and Wende Bridge area. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We will miss them. I would definitely stay there again.
