The lady at reception was very friendly. She helped us with everything, got us tickets, and gave us important information. She was always attentive. She gave us ice cream and a gift at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, its location, and the staff.

Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Near the east gate of the park. Carol and her team were very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us. They are many restaurants and food in the street.

The Location was excellent, close to all attraction and central of Wulingyuan town. The hotel is new and facilities are good. The rooms are a sanctuary of peace and comfort, and the friendly staff made my stay delightful. They were also able to speak English and helped us to book tickets for the Park, Glass Bridge. A perfect blend of relaxation and nice trip in Zhangjiajie.

Best hotel we've been so far, thanks to the housekeeper in the first place. It was so good that we actually extended our stay there. The rooms are fantastic, stylish and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean. The 24/7 support they provide in WeChat is out of this world. They helped us with planning all the activities and making all the reservations, so that we simply had to enjoy our time in Zhangjiajie National Park. They were kind and supportive, and even ordered us a taxi for free. Traditional breakfast was nice. We will definitely come back. (Side note: be aware of the crowds in the national park! Avoid the peak hours when the tourist buses are coming!)
