The bed was huge, the AC was very strong, and the bathroom was great. The pool felt great and it’s hard to beat the view of the fort. Each and every staff member was kind, helpful, and considerate of guest needs, at any time. The breakfast was also a great value.

Very neat part of the wall; the main entrance to the old city. At night it's somewhat of an open brothel, so I wouldn't recommend taking kids there at night. The vendors tend to be a bit overly aggressive. That's true throughout Cartagena, but especially around the clock tower.
