Friendly and helpful staff, top notch cleanliness, very comfy bed, all little things such a shoes, coffee and tea selection and other included in price.

I can not explain how satisfied we are! The hotel Opera is amazing, starting with the price, polite and helpful stuff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast served in room, well equipped with everything, location is excellent, parkplace has the lowest price in Prague, they are cleaning rooms everyday, bringing clean towels, the view was great, train station is just 10 meters away, shops, everything that you need. We will definitely come back! Greetings from room 107! ❣️

The room was nice , quiet and clean. Breakfast was good , and they let me put my motorcycle in the parking garage for a reduced price. But what really is great is the location and the fact that they have a self service laundry room. The tram is just outside the hotel and you can get your tickets from the reception.

Location, used for one night, close to Metro, Close to Nam. Rep, close to rail station. Clean, spacious, all u need for one nigth on business trip

- Location is excellent, very close to city center and also there is a very close tram station (Tesnov) from where you can go anywhere you want. - We really liked the building’s architecture, the room is very soecious and very hig ceilings. Staying in a building with such local architecture makes your Prague visit even more special. - All stuff is very very helpful and friendly

Everything was amazing, it was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, the self service necessities closet is the best idea that I’ve ever seen. The instructions were absolutely clear, check in was smooth and we were able to buy early check in in the app, and our apartment was ready even an hour before that! Whenever I’ll come to Prague, I’m sure I’ll choose Numa again!

Everything was perfect - the bed, the breakfast (so much options). The location is the most amazing thing in this hotel - everything you need is near - like 5-10 minutes. The room was so warm and comfy, the staff is kind and gentle. They clean our room every day. You can leave your luggage if you need - they store it in room with key.

Amazing place great rooms and amenities and Anna at the reception was such a champion, helped with anything I needed and even offered a free upgrade. Would definitely come back again
