Breakfast was great - it was not huge, but very tasty. The rooms are very clean, so are the bathrooms. The hotel is on the last floor of the building, so the view is exceptional. Location is perfect! You can go almost everywhere by foot!!! The staff is very helpful and focused on improving everything what's possible. It is 20 km from Polish border and you are in very cozy Czech city.

Though not located in the city center, the hotel was close to Jested mountain (ski area) with a nice playground. The hotel was in incredibly beautiful nature setting. The hotel itself was new, modern and clean. We had a car but I discovered a tram nearby that would take you to the Liberec city center, ZOO and Aqua Park. Nicely staffed with polite and helpful staff. English was perfectly spoken. Like most European hotels the rooms FFfit only two people but our SUITE had a child’s nook. Well, our 16 year old grandson had to curl up to fit and we had to purchase additional room for my daughter with her little one. There was lovely large outdoor space including a children’s playhouse but the most important and wonderful part of our stay way was the children’s room fully equipped with toys, puzzles and books. Potty and child’s stepping stool to reach sinks. Did I mention a great breakfast?

We loved our stay at the Liberec Hills, our triple room was quite spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed, a coffee table, a sofa, and an office table too. We loved the coffee pod machine and the free tea bags, that was indeed a small unexpected bonus! Likewise, we also loved the charging station, allowing several electronics to be charged at the same time. The location is fantastic, at the top of a hill, very peaceful with a decent view and even four farm animals in a small pen, adding charm to the renovated castle. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with everything you might like, from eggs, to sausages, fruits, vegetables, bread, yogurts, cereals, and more. Moreover, you can leave and enter this hotel at any time, as the back door has an electric lock matching the room keys, that's also very convenient. Lastly, the staff was friendly and everyone spoke English with us. This place really surpassed our expectations!

The hotel's design is modern and suitable to the needs of this generation :) starting from smart home features , sockets near the bed ,pool table in the lobby ,great tasty breakfast ,complimentary drinks ,near parking The beds and pillows were super comfortable! The staff were amazing really, both the lady with whom we communicated regarding our arrival, and the lady who prepared breakfast. The hotel responded to our travel needs and all concerns before and during the stay. The online registration went really well, there was a welcome note in the reception listing all our names, including the kids. A great human touch for a self-checkin hotel. The hotel was in a quiet part of town, the parking lot was spacious enough. The breakfast was really nice. Nice hot water in the shower.
