The hotel and room is new , clean in very well condition. We came 1.5 hours before check in time, they provided us a room.

Very clean, close to attractions and friendly staff

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. We arrived early before check-in and had a roasted chicken in the beer garden. It was a great way to pass the time and the chicken was very tasty. We were fortunate to have very nice weather while we were there and were able to enjoy the walking paths and the lovely beer garden.

We had a spontaneous stay because of Deutsche Bahn, everything was super. Room clean and cozy, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful stuff. Perfect for a stay of two tired parents and hyper energetic toddler.

With tram across the street you can go anywhere. Easy to get to old town and train station. The breakfast was excellent. Very useful staff personnel. Clean and good AC. Nearby restaurant Servus Heidi was excellent.

Everything was modern, clean and comfortable. The stuff is super friendly and location is great. The size od room and bathroom is very good. 😊

Easy to access where we needed to go with parking available. Concierge was kind enough to give us some ice for our trip home to keep our food cold. The sound pricing is also very good

Long story short: despite a single room missing any accurate pictures on the booking.com, it is in fact a double bed room with backyard facing windows. So it is both comfortable and quiet. What I enjoyed a lot. Also I liked breakfast, it has a good variety of food. For example there was red lightly salted fish.

There is breakfast included, nothing too fancy but quite standard. It is also near the S- and U-Bahn Harras, which makes it excellent to reach anywhere in the city fast.

I liked the atmosphere and the behaving of the all staffs

Room was spacious, clean and stylish. Staff was efficient. Underground parking was 24 euro per day and convenient. Taxi to and from old town area around 15-20 euro per trip. Highly recommended.
