Alpenhof is our favorite hotel in Augsburg. No place like it anywhere.

Well located close to the Messe & Stadium, 10 minute tram ride to the city centre. Nice & clean room, nice staff, delicious breakfast and bar for the evening. Ideal place to stay for a weekend trip to Augsburg

This is my second time here, and once again, everything was perfect. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail truly set your establishment apart. I appreciate the efforts of your staff in making my experience enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

The staff was extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help their customers ! Highly recommended. The hotel itself is very clean and extremely spacious especially for families with kids.

Absolutely amazing breakfast with anything you can think of - pancakes, eggs in many ways, müsli, smoked salmon, cheese, fruit... Wonderful!

Fantastic location, staff and breakfast.

The privacy, the staff, the room, literally everything was perfect. It's in the center of Augsburg and the perfect place to stay. I'll be back!

The location was central. I have to write another sentence but there is nothing I liked about my stay, to be honest. Here are some more mandatory words.

The location of the ANA Living was perfect, right in the Old City, in a beautiful location. Everything you needed was in walking distance. The room was beautiful and the staff handled all our needs

Location is great, Reception exceptional, room was very clean and spacious .Natalia at the reception was exceptional and went out of her way to make guest comfortable

Beautiful hotel, location was great. Breakfast superb and staff extremely helpful.

Super friendly Staff, English/Turkish/German speaking. They were amazing about my needs, no problem. Stayed here for 2 nights. everything was comfortable and nice. enjoyed the relaxing area but it is also a quick walk to anywhere you need to go. 100% recommend if you are in Augsburg. Breakfast was delicious and accessible.

Good location, good price, and on-site parking.

Everything was perfect. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful place. Cleanliness at a high level. Special praise for the lady at the reception, with perfect (British) English pronunciation, professional, helpful, has an answer to every question.

everything was beyond expectations - the breakfast, room and bathroom size (high ceiling!), hotel placement, staff friendliness (allowed to keep our luggage till 5pm), no noise at all

Very quiet situated near the train-station , but small room ( just 1 chair ) and tiny shower . Friendly staff !! Good elevator !! Good internet !! Surprising great choice for breakfast !!
