An ability to have coffee in the morning and to chill in the lobby. The bed was comfortable. There were no noises during the night. There was a fridge in the room. The room was clean. It was nice to get a welcome card in the room. The location is good. Several grocery stores and restaurants are nearby or within walking distance.

This hotel though not new is great in all respects- Staff is super friendly. Garage is safe and easy to acceess, room is super clean, super comfortable. Attention to details is felt everywhere. so if you have to stay while travveling or on bosiness trip or visiting as turist to Karlsruhe, I definitely recommend this place!
