Excellent hotel! Excellent location! Museums, restaurants, fairs nearby, everything within walking distance. Excellent transport interchange, everything nearby. The room is spacious, clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

There was an error in my booking reservation, and the employee was amazingly quick to resolve it. She was kind and understanding.

Excellent location on Museuminsel, well connected with public transport, just 15 min walk to Alexanderplatz. Rooms spacious with huge TV. Would definitely come back again.

Check-in was allowed couple of hours before standard time which was highly appreciated. Note on breakfast, I was prepared by positive comments of other travelers but still pleasant surprised by quality and selection.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

Perfect location, great facilities

Last minute booking, so self checkin was helpful. Downstairs area was lovely, room to sit and buy drinks. Room was really nice, beds were comfortable and shower was nice. Big flat screen TV in room and Wifi worked fine.

Hotel is at a prime location, steps away from Alexander Platz, Hackescher Markt, and the Lustgarten. Staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and carefully prepared. The room was perfect size for what we wanted, the bed was comfortable and the comforters were really warm and cozy.

We had the most fantastic view of Berlin from our room! The room was small, but very cute with a 'boutique' feel. Staff were very friendly and the location was within walking distance to many great sights in Berlin.

It’s very well located, people working there are very nice

The room is laid out in an efficient manner with plenty of space and seating areas. The large windows and view was terrific -- unfortunately it was rarely sunny during my one week stay in Berlin. The small gym was a treat, I like to do some workouts when I travel to keep with my routine, and the sauna was an extra bonus - -used it once. The elevators quick and efficient (something that at most hotels are not). And the location was perfect for me to get on the U (across the street station) and get to my meetings within 10-15 minutes on most days. I only ate breakfast once at the hotel, my last morning, but the meal was fantastic with buffet and custom ordered omelette.

The hotel is quiet and provides a pleasant rest. The cleanliness is exceptional. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary. The beds are extremely comfortable!
