There's is no receptionist, and everything is there for you to self checkout. Very easy to do. If you did need help, there was an employee on standby. Loved this feature as I have never experienced this before.

The stuff is very nice. The rooms are not big but cosy enough. The decoration in the corridors makes it like an art gallery. The breakfast is tasty and fresh. I will live there again when I come to Karlsruhe next time.
