I've been in Berlin several times, but I never got a positive hotel experience as I had at KPM Hotel & Residences: the modernity and cleanness of the structure itself, the precise daily tideness of the rooms (also very spacious and with a very good ac system), the possibility to consume the waters and drinks from the fridge free-of-charge (or for example to also been able to use the fitness/sauna for free), the tranquillity of the neighborhood and the proximity to the Tiergarten and the Ku'Damm, for both nature and shopping; but above all the professionality and kindess of the whole stuff, from the reception to the cleaning staff, always welcoming you with a smile and able to take in any request or to solve any kind of problem we could have (we lost a key card).

Location is excellent. The charming owner, Ingo, is hands-on and runs the establishment with passion. The rest of the staff are equally helpful, efficient and very friendly. We had a lovely spacious room, which faced the courtyard, so quiet and private. The hotel does live up its name of ART NOUVEAU, with some added delightful quirkiness, thrown in. The vintage lift is characteristic of the early 20th century and provides a memorable ride. The honesty bar is a treat and we often ended our evenings on the “4th Floor”, with much Gemütlichkeit.

Clean, tidy, freshly smelled en suite room. Soundproof so you can sleep in peace, working lift, Good wifi signal, excellent heating, good location; it is only 6 minutes walk to the Kaiserdamm U bahn station which takes you everywhere in Berlin, rich breakfast and many options for vegetarian people, very nice staff in the reception especially (Mehmet) who allowed me to have an earlier breakfast on my check out day. The motel deserves to have five starts, I would consider booking this if I come to visit Berlin again.

The property was great. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was really good really clean props for the cleaning workers. The staff was so helpful on the dining room the food was so delicious the waiter was so nice huge props for him
