Location was super awesome, very close to Alexanderplatz! We had a room overlooking the park across the road! Room was very spacious and comfortable!

Great location, comfortable beds, nice room, very nice bathroom, everything working as it should. Despite the central location there was no noise at all. Breakfast offered wide range of both hot/cold options, the staff was helpful and friendly and even though the breakfast bar was busy, it was always full and we were not waiting for anything. Very happy with our stay.

We loved the location and how easy it was to get around town on the train (the Alexanderplatz station is right across the street), the bus (which takes you straight downtown) and lots of places including a shopping mall and grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. There was music and food vendors in the plaza downstairs and a wonderful view of the city from the sky deck. The hotel also has a nice restaurant in the lobby, a gym and a spa.

The hotel was really clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had high quality products. For sure a great place to stay in Berlin.

Friendliness of staff was exceptional. After not being able to stay at our original hotel due to our service dog, we found the perfect stay at Wyndham.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and worth the price. The location was convenient and easily accessible to the attractions and the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. All around, a great place to stay.

I really like the cleanness of the bathroom, comfortable bed, interesting design of the room, nice view out the window and very good location with lots of cafes and bars nearby.

The location was perfect, the staff were really nice and we loved the facilities. They actually upgraded our room for free!

We loved our room and we found it very cozy. The beds were comfy and the heating worked excellently, which to me mattered a lot since I am usually the person who needs some more degrees in the room to feel comfortable. Also there are tram stations very close which we used daily and the S-Bahn is 10-11 minutes away. Additionally there are plenty of cute restaurants around plus grocery shops like Lidl/Rewe.

The room was quite spacious, clean, had great AC that we enjoyed as it was +33 outside, if you closed the windows- there was no lound sounds. Had a hairdryer, ironing board, kettle - everything we needed for a short weekend stay.

There is note in the bathroom that the towel are changed every day. It’s not the case so change the note or take it away. There is also mold in the bathroom in the corner but you might already know that. Bed was big an comfy , room was quiet to the inner court. It would be nice with more hangers 3 hangers for 2 ppl are not many. If ppl are stealing them put in some simple ones. Good value. Liked the area.

Check in was easy, we had the penthouse suite which was huge. Tram stopped nearby, 3 stops to the city centre. Lovely park across the road.
