It was superb experience staying there the whole stay was quite comfortable. Kitchen chef was giving very good services, cleaning staff was very good so that's the best place to stay as it was near train station and gesundbrunnen center so one should prefer fo their stay at Ocak Aparthotel. I will give 10/10.

Bathrom, modern design, gym/sauna 24/7, and friendly staff.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, at the reception and in the dining area. They were ready to do anything with great energy and enthusiasm. I have very high regard for Ms Bhavna, who attended to us at the reception and many other staff members whose names I do not remember. Breakfast was good, and the preparations were to our liking.

First time rating, I liked my stay and would love to go there some time soon. Almost everything was exceptional, from staff, to washroom, to the rooms, really cool, nearest to shopping areas and connections to the main city, wasn’t struggling at all.

A classic comfy and affordable hotel experience! The staff was lovely and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was super nice, lots of veggie options. Location is a residential neighbourhood and has good connection. It felt like a safe haven to return to after a long day out and about.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and answer any questions. I stayed in a 4-bed dormitory, which was impressively clean and felt more like a private double room thanks to its own toilet and shower. It didn’t feel like a typical dormitory stay at all. The buffet breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices as much as you could expect from a standard buffet. Overall, the place was modern, clean, and very comfortable.

Boutique hotel with great atmosphere, interesting design elements (books on the wall, a Mini in the lobby, drums as nights stands in the room, etc). The hotel manager (Paul) checked me in, a perfect combination of business and personal communication style, doing his best to fulfill even special needs. Breakfast is plenty and tasty. The room was comfortable, it came with a balcony (don't know about other rooms but it was nice that I could step out, and also to let the air in, instead of the AC which is nowdays so common in hotels). An extra touch was the balcony with a view to the "Sky above Berlin" and the TV tower.

I liked i could check in very late with my last minute booking. I was stranded in Berlin, so it was very good.

The location and the cleanliness of the room

We loved our room and we found it very cozy. The beds were comfy and the heating worked excellently, which to me mattered a lot since I am usually the person who needs some more degrees in the room to feel comfortable. Also there are tram stations very close which we used daily and the S-Bahn is 10-11 minutes away. Additionally there are plenty of cute restaurants around plus grocery shops like Lidl/Rewe.

The emplacement in an area full of bars and restaurants, but on a quieter road; the property within walking distance of an U-Bahn station; welcoming, helpful personnel; the soundproof windows that barred noise from the road; we had asked for a silent room, they took note of it and gave us one.

Beautiful rooms, atmosphere good, great breakfast and the sauna the best

This place has a spirit of Berlin, for sure. Simple, but cosy and warm room (I was in the hotel in winter), nice bed.

Breakfast, basic but good. Room clean decent size for two people, used to stay in chain hotels in smaller rooms. Location is very good 200 meters walk to tram stop. four tram stops to Alexander Platz. Plentu of small restaurants for a evening drink or dinner near the hotel.

Spacious apartment in a really lovely area. Loads of public transport nearby. Great communication making check-in easy. Comfy beds and quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.
