The staff were exceptionally helpful. I arrived early and intended to store my luggage there until check-in time. THe lady at the desk said that the room might be ready earlier, and she went upstairs to check on that possibility. When she returned, she told me that the room was ready and I could access it immediately. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the facilities were very clean.
