I was forced to stay at the hotel due to terrible train delays and cancelations. The only staff member was highly professional and single-handedly processed all the stranded people efficiently while being very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, and fairly priced.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff. The breakfast is generous and varied. The location is perfect—just behind the train station, yet remarkably quiet. Thanks to excellent soundproofing, I didn’t hear a thing and had a great night’s sleep.

Very good location, 3 minutes walk to the tram station and 10 minutes to HBF. The room is spacious, clean and has complete facilities. The breakfast is good but a bit expensive. Finally, all the staff are lovely, kind and service minded
