The room was clean and spacious, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very varied with plenty of options. Everything was excellent — I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great during our stay at Novotel Hamburg. The room was very spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Slept like a log! Silent! Clean! Fresh! Well equipped room. Nicely decorated. Effectieve climate control. Many tv channels and several in English. Casting built in. Reception staff super nice! Short walk to the central station and close enough to explore most of Hamburg by foot.
