convinient location, nice hotel

The hotel is located a short walk to Essen HBF and U bahns.

Breakfast was great and staff were awesome. Lovely experience. Rooms were nice and clean, close to the subway. Great restaurant nearby called Cowboystyle Steakhouse, it is an absolutely amazing experience and one of the best steaks I've had in over a decade. I picked this place also because it's right next to the Grugapark Therme.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot - a few minutes walk away from the nearest Metro station; close to a big mall with restaurants and shops, and not too far away from the city's University. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a kettle and a tea/ coffee set. What was exceptionally wonderful was the extra set of pillows available in the closet. The staff were friendly, professional, and with an excellent command of English. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of sweet and sour options (the coffee was amazing!). Overall, the Premier Inn is a wonderful spot to stay in if you visit the Ruhr region. Thank you to the staff for the accommodating stay!

This is a large complex, which offered very good accommodation at a reasonable price. The room had good facilities. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a swim in the pool. Excellent parking.

Breakfast was excellent, with high quality foods and lots of different items to choose from. The family room we were given was spacious and offered a small divider to separate our space from that of our children. The location of the hotel is excellent; it's very near the Essen Central Railway station (walking distance), very near a Metro Station and it's walking distance from the Messe Essen (1,6km). Also, within very easy walking distance, there is a street parallel to the one the hotel is situated on, which offers a wide range of restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly, spoke fluent English and everything was very easy for us.

Breakfast is super. Locations is great which is near the park.You can take a walk after breakfast. Go through the forest and meet many wild aninimals, such as ducks....

It was such a beautiful and comfortable room, I love the forest on the wall and the little decorations, everything looks perfect. The staff was also very friendly and smiling.

Location, staff and clean room

The Stay Hotel was one of the hotels in which I have felt more hospitable than ever in my travels. A very good experience that started right from the start. As soon as we entered the hotel, I met a very friendly and dedicated staff who offered us a welcome drink while we were ready to go to our room. This trip I was with my friends with whom we had gone for Euro 2024. Fortunately, it was the Germany match and the owner, or the manager, with a very nice gesture, gave us 4 shirts of the German national team (for how many people there were). Also, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast very good. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks me.
