The Staff were so friendly and very helpful. So much so that they guessed that it was my birthday and left a card and chocolates for me in the room. The room was so good with bath, large shower, televisions, and sitting room. We both slept very well in the bed - so comfortable. It was so quiet in the room. We got room service the first night and we both loved it. The lobby is a perfect place to sit, enjoy a coffee and relax. Transport is very easy with the U-Bahn just outside. Unfortunately, due to our tight sight-seeing schedule, we did not get a chance to avail of the spa facilities but it did look fantastic. I would really recommend this hotel for staying.
