Great location, comfortable, clean quiet room, excellent breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Fantastic experience overall.

Hotel is at a prime location, steps away from Alexander Platz, Hackescher Markt, and the Lustgarten. Staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and carefully prepared. The room was perfect size for what we wanted, the bed was comfortable and the comforters were really warm and cozy.

What a stunning room. Huge room. Beautiful bathroom and bath. Great mirrors. Large terrace with view over the river. Sheer luxury! And central in location. We would absolutely recommend as a nice treat while in Berlin.

There was an error in my booking reservation, and the employee was amazingly quick to resolve it. She was kind and understanding.

Check-in was allowed couple of hours before standard time which was highly appreciated. Note on breakfast, I was prepared by positive comments of other travelers but still pleasant surprised by quality and selection.

Perfect location, great facilities

Last minute booking, so self checkin was helpful. Downstairs area was lovely, room to sit and buy drinks. Room was really nice, beds were comfortable and shower was nice. Big flat screen TV in room and Wifi worked fine.

Very pleasant stay even for just one night. Outside there are public transport and many other options to moce around the city center.

We had the most fantastic view of Berlin from our room! The room was small, but very cute with a 'boutique' feel. Staff were very friendly and the location was within walking distance to many great sights in Berlin.

Very central to museum island and Brandenburg gate etc. Very clean and staff were exceptional, offering assistance and suggestions throughout our stay. Will definitely be back

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really good with plenty of variety and a good selection of hot beverages. The room was very clean almost spotless! There was coffee and tea making facilities. Thank you for making guests feel at home! Very close to all public transportation.

We reccomend this hotel. Great location in centre of Berlin. Few minutes walk from metro station and in front of the hotel there is a tram stop. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very delicious with lot of choices of food. Good price for quality. Room was really clean.
