Outstanding location Close to supermarkets Close to transportation Easy to locate

Great location right in front of Ostbahnhof and next to East Side Gallery, very easy to get around city centre by train :) We came for a concert at the Uber Eats Music Hall which was just 5-10 min walk away. Love the vibes at this hotel and the rooms are modern and enjoyable. Even got an early check-in for free since our flight arrived in the morning! :) this was our second stay here and will definitely come again when visiting Berlin.

Central location , clean, great facilities like the gym which is a great gym with new and great machines/equipment (not like the ordinary bad hotel gyms)

We had a wonderful stay at The Social Hub Berlin! The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped — we especially appreciated the little extras like the hand and body cream. The entire hotel has a modern, vibrant feel with lots of amenities to enjoy. The bar was a great spot to unwind in the evening. We also loved the shared areas, perfect for working or just relaxing — the meeting and co-working spaces were a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Good and tasty breakfast. Nice service at the reception!

Good location, lovely friendly staff, good bar and lobby for relaxing in the evening. The room was spotless and good overall we had a great stay here. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Very good place..had a very nice comfy room, not very big, but very comfortable and a nice bathroom and great bed. Great staff and very near metro. Very good value for the room price ...I was very very happy to stay here and can recommend it for sure ..very good price quality balance! Thanks 😊

Breakfast was great and the location of the Hotel is awesome

The staff is super polite, the room and the shower were very clean, the location is good, 30 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes from Alexanderplatz, all in all 10/10

The staff is really nice and helpful. The place is quiet and it is nicely connected.

Amazing location, room super comfortable, the staff very friendly, we will come back for sure!

good location, clean room, all needed facilities. Reception is full of tables, places to chill. Bar, cafe, shows in the evening.

Staff very helpful. Clean. Close to Ostbahnof which means you are connected to the whole city and airport. No noise from the outside. There were some young people making noise in the room next to me but the staff handled it immediately after I shared this, I really appreciate the staff’s proactiveness.

Usually manage to not leave reviews but this time have to do it. I'll leave it short: Everything was perfect, definitely reccommend to book it!

Excellent staff, both kind and service oriented.

Nice apartment for a short stay.

Excellent stay from start to finish, amazing rooms, service impeccable, comfy bed, breakfast top notch, and they gave me a free late check out.

We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Absolutely Wonderful….The Staff, Service, Restaurant, Location THE BEST !!!! Definitely Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good location. Just behind the big Alexa Mall. Walkable to many attractions. Alexanderplatz just 5 mins walk away. Room is very clean. Wow! Shower water pressure is fantastically powerful. Downside: next to train track. Noisy. Not recommended for light sleeper.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Location is amazing especially if you’re attending an event at the arena or music hall. There’s also a mall close by for any groceries/stuff you might need. Tram and metro stops are close as well.

Everything was very awesome and excellent, the staff were friendly, the location is a nearby metro and other transportation. When i decide to go back to Berlin, this hotel will be my first choice

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was classy, clean and quiet despite the street in front (even on first floor), the hotel is within a walking distance of Alexanderplatz, Nikolaiviertel, U-Bahn Klosterstern (U2) and S-Bahn Jannowitzbrücke. The breakfast was good, although pretty busy at peak time between 9:30 and 10h. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom and a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar in the room. The bed was firm and comfy and there were two pillows for each side.

Great location, safe and secure boat with helpful and friendly staff. This is in a great location too with plenty of areas to check out as well as a plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes. I'll definitely be back
