Good and tasty breakfast. Nice service at the reception!

Excellent location, close to the train and bus station, essential shops within walking distance, I loved the online check-in process since my flight was delayed and I arrived practically at midnight and I was able to do it easily early online.

In very good location with clean basic room including free coffee and tea and fridge which you can fill up from good grocery near by.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Close to transport stations. Excellent breakfast. (The air conditioner wasn’t working and it was a really hot weekend. They were very nice and offered the breakfast for free as apologies)

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, felt luxurious.

Everything was amazing , extremely helpful stuff, very clean !

Central location , clean, great facilities like the gym which is a great gym with new and great machines/equipment (not like the ordinary bad hotel gyms)

Great location, super modern and youthful vibe, lovely modern design. Comfortable bed, modern and large bathroom. Great housekeeping. Coffee machine and water boiler.

The location was really good for the event I was going to at the uber arena. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful, suggesting even to order Uber Eats to my room (which I did and worked perfectly!) and the room was very good.

Great area, clean & well managed

The hotel atmosphere is very homely and friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful. You feel safe and secure, and it's lovely and quiet. Beautiful setting.

Staff super kind, location awesome, easy check in. Also room was cleaned earlier so we could check in earlier.

For the ones that go for clubbing in Berlin it is the most convenient as it is 10 minutes from Berghain!! Market with restaurants are at any exit you take from the hotel! Pablo the receptionist really cool person and polite

comfortable bed, nice view, clean, tv, rituals:))

It looked like an amazing idea to stay on a boat in such a central and cultural area. Arriving and being welcomed and hosted with an amazing simpathy and kindness by the owner was already above needs. The lounge on top is such a precious secret spot to keep, by the river, on a boat, quiet and peacefull. Have in mind the room size are operational, to sleepp and have your privacy needs. Else, the always available coffee in the lounge area, amazing kindness staff, facilities available, and the peacefull retreat it can become in central Berlin, is amazing. Also for whoever that never been on a boat and question about the wobbling: you don’t feel it. Definitly the place i’ll book for any upcoming stay in Berlin.

Best value for money spot in a very convenient district of Berlin. Provided almost anything a big hotel does, staff are always helpful and fair, the rooms were neat and the overall vibe was great!

The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Location is amazing especially if you’re attending an event at the arena or music hall. There’s also a mall close by for any groceries/stuff you might need. Tram and metro stops are close as well.

Our room was amazing, in love with a decoration, big windows and river view

We really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Excellent stay from start to finish, amazing rooms, service impeccable, comfy bed, breakfast top notch, and they gave me a free late check out.

Usually manage to not leave reviews but this time have to do it. I'll leave it short: Everything was perfect, definitely reccommend to book it!

The host was very friendly and happy to offer any recommendations for the area. The accommodation had everything we needed, clean and freshly installed

I didn't have breakfast at the property. The double room I had was large, very clean and cozy. The cleaning staff changed the towels and cleaned the room every single day. There a lot of places to eat and also an underground entrance right in front of the hotel.

Staff very helpful. Clean. Close to Ostbahnof which means you are connected to the whole city and airport. No noise from the outside. There were some young people making noise in the room next to me but the staff handled it immediately after I shared this, I really appreciate the staff’s proactiveness.
