The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of the main shopping area of Frankfurt, the Zeil. My room was in the block behind and it was very quiet. There was a good selection at breakfast and a great view of the city from the balcony. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

The reception staff was exceptional. Very very warm and helpful, escpecially Waldi (hope i got his name right). He ensured my stay wasconfortable and guided me well re places to see etc. The location is superb! Pretty much walking distance to Zeil street which is the main shopping destination, the attractions. It even has a train station right outside. Check the view from the breakfast table!

Location was excellent, near a lot of restaurant, a delicious ice cream gelateria just next to the property and 3 minutes to the main pedestrianized shopping street (The Zeil). A walking distance to sightseeing cruises along the River Main. We loved the musical concept decor in the reception area. Very helpful staff and breakfast was sufficient. The property stored our luggage for 3 days since we were travelling to another country.
