- wide variety of savoury and sweet items at the buffet breakfast, including a section for vegan and gluten-free - the gift shop at the hotel is fabulous for picking up quality, authentic souvenirs -- Mina was so helpful and friendly - we were very happy to have met him; he was the highlight of this hotel for us! - the rainfall shower was nice - good water pressure and hot water - as first time visitors to Cairo, the explosive dog circling the vehicle, having to provide ID and having the trunk checked before being allowed to approach the front door of the hotel, and then having all bags go through the X-ray machine inside the front door was a bit shocking, but it did help me feel safer overall.
