Great hotel. Everything was nice. I would surely choose it again next time we visit . Perfect location,and view. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, Airport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The owner Mr Islam - he is exceptionally enthusiastic about the guest's comfort. Upon my arrival after a tiring day, the moment he heard that I skipped lunch, he cooked a nice Egyptian meal for me. Throughout the rest of my stay, he was always personally welcoming me back after a day of sightseeing - this genuinely felt like home away from home. He also cooked a nice Egyptian breakfast on the last day. My room had a magnificent view of the pyramids and also from rooftop - all the pyramids were visible. One doesn't need to pay for the light and sound show, the whole laser show is visible from the rooftop restaurant. Overall a stay to remember forever!

The hotel is big but a bit old compared to the rest of the Jazz group but the food quality is good and the staff are good and helpful especially Mohamed Aboutrika who helped us and ordered an Uber taxi to take us to the airport and checked on us until we left.

Owner Mr. Mahmud is an awesome person. Such a person can make your staying in a foreign land super easy and comfortable. Location wise it is a perfect place to stay at Giza. Definitely a place to recommend. I wish a successful going forward in coming days and years to come.

I can't speak to highly of our 3 night stay. Sameh, the owner greeted us and was really helpful in arranging tours and taxis. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean with all the facilities. Sameh was so helpful in meeting our requests for food and drink.. nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel... First Class.
