The location, the staff, the cleanliness. Everything. The owner would help you with anything you need during your stay, they help you to get around the city, they recommended places to visit and arranged transportation with locals at very reasonable prices, they share nice food and restaurant suggestions. This guys are great.It is a warm place, cozy and very well located. It's just about 8 minutes from the bus station by car. The breakfast is very good. The view from my room was amazing and the restaurant on the roof has the same nice view. To whoever is going to Siwa this is the right place to your stop. I definitely recommend it.

This hotel is my private paradise getaway from Cairo. I love everything about it, from the staff, to the exquisite beaches, to the incredible sea views from each of its balconies. The rooms are impeccably clean and everything works. No wifi in the rooms, but hey, who would come all the way to Marsa Matruh to scroll ? I almost feel guilty raving about this place because even though Egyptians know about it and have been coming for decades, there are relatively few foreign tourists. This has allowed Marsa Matruh to retain its unique cultural authenticity, with its delightful Bedouin hospitality and scrupulously honest people. I hope it won't be invaded soon by too many foreign tourists. Avoid Beau Site in July and August. The best months are May, early June, September and October.
