Location was excellent, staff were very kind and polite particularly Mr. Ali at the reception and Mr.Ahmet at the restaurant. Mr. Amr was very helpful at the beach.

The staff is fantastic, Zaid and all the guys in the reception, he gave us the best room we could get. Ahmad and the guys in the main restaurant were more than perfect, best service, we got at the restaurant they direct us to a free table, bring drinks and are smiling. At the beach Taigar, Ali and their manager ( green t-shirt) are amazing , great service. The food is really good doesn’t matter the time you arrive can be 10 min to close , it will be at the same level when it is open. I have been in more than 10 hotels in Sharm, the food is really good.

The staff are so helpful and welcome… specially thanks for Mrs Mohmad Nabeh and Mrs isamil for their help… the hotel has two beaches, one of them is good for relaxing which is away of music area… the animations activities is nice and funny specially in the night …

    Very valued for money. Near to farsha cafe (note that they require at least one female to enter the place, but the host told it’s not needed, info may need to be updated). They have all kind of facilities including washer, owner is very friendly and helpful. Very big and clean place. Near to restaurant and market too.

    The hotel is very good, clean and the worker so helpful… it’s my 20th times in sharm , but it’s my first time in this hotel….i enjoyed a lot, good food… and the beach is very nice … the location of the hotel, close to farsha cafe, and a lot of shops next to the hotel…. Sure i will back again to this hotel . Special thank to the receptionist Tarek.. who was so kind and helpful.
