The staff was very nice and professional. The stay was very smooth thanks to Mr. Ahmed Elshaer who made sure everything went well. Thanks to his hospitality, quick responses, and problem-solving, we felt very well taken care of. He helped us celebrate a birthday and the hotel brought us a very nice cake and sang with us. The food was plenty and delicious, with various restaurants to choose from. Rooms were clean and nice. Various aqua parks for all different ages, so much fun and activities.

The staff were extremely helpful, thank you to Mr Mahmoud and Mukhtar and abdullrhman on the front desk who had great hospitality and were very friendly and welcoming! It was very clean, modern, great location,, service was excellent!

    Cats, cats and cats, as cat lover, I most enjoyed playing and feeding the beautiful cats there, please keep them and give them more care. Cruise to Giftun island was wonderful. Staff was helpful and cheerful even when they look more in a rush, last year, it felt like they work more comfortably.
