Excellent service, timely and efficient. Attention to details even dish washer soap and sponges are provided in the kitchen.

I was arrived around 8PM Egypt time. My luggage has been in take care of the staff first while we process the payment, she bring it to our room. Once we arrived at our room, it was a big room with nice bed. The room have heater and aircon as the location is very near Nile River so the temperature will be below that other area. The receptionist, Reham really nice. And was surprised that we also got a big breakfast coming to our room. After all, everything is nice!

Nothing was like the pictures , it was awful no facilities no pool nothing is working like a hunted house

I enjoy The Holiday Inn, Maadi, I love the staff and the facilities, it's a beautiful hotel. This is my second stay, nothing but good things to say.

Stunning views of the Nile , very nice environment and the location is convenient to the center . Very clean rooms. Staff is very cooperative. Breakfast by the Nile and stunning sunrises and sunsets.

The Nile River roof view is amazing to take some pictures. Good bed quality. Bathroom was clean. I would visit again.

The location was excellent, very close to the Bangladeshi Embassy, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The staff were amazing — genuinely kind, helpful, and professional — and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent. I would happily stay here again and hope the points mentioned in the “What didn’t you like?” section are improved in the future.
