We spent a night here with a toddler while passing through Madrid. It was perfect: clean, well-equipped and with a helpful staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very good. The hotel is close to public transport, making it easy to get around Madrid. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Great location for a short termin stay in Madrid. Easy check in, quiet neighbourhood, staff was really friendly. Free coffee. Supermaketed and a nice Cafe are close by. I can recommend this place. Short walk to the metro. You can get around the city quickly.

This is a hidden gem in Madrid! It is very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, very good AC even in the corridors, staff is very helpful and the location is close to metro or bus to reach the centre or other monuments. What was the true highlight was the breakfast, you could find anything you want everything fresh and tasty. We just loved it!

We loved the spacious outlay of the family room, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was very clean.

The hotel is located ideally in quite part of the city, metro station is 5 mins away with direct access through line 5 to Gran via at center, rooms and bathroom were spacious, good breakfast, friendly staff, and large convenient parking under the building, definitely will come back when visiting Madrid again

The Hotel service was outstanding!!! I enjoyed my stay very much and loved the room! It was so spacious and clean. I loved the bathroom facilities and the shower too, with so much space! I did not have breakfast there, as I prefer to eat out and to do activities thereafter! The Metro was close by with a 5-minute walk and was so easy to get to the downtown of Callao, where Gran Via has many sight attractions too. If I ever go back to Madrid will choose the same Hotel. The Staff were super friendly at all times and so very welcoming and helpful. I simply enjoyed my stay! I forgot to mention there are restaurants very near, within a walking distance of 10 minutes or so!

People at the reception were very friendly. They have a very nice bar and you were very easy connected to the metro net. Also you are close to a supermarket.

Very kind staff, Suanzes metro station just 3 min away, roof top relax zone. Breakfast has 4 options in cafe just around the corner
