The best nicest and most helpful people at reception I’ve ever experienced at any hotel I’ve stayed at. A really stylish room. Was everything we needed. When we called taxis ourselves I took ages but when reception called a taxi it was there in 3 minutes every time.

    we liked this beach, easy to get to on bus 4 ( from the city...

    we liked this beach, easy to get to on bus 4 ( from the city). ( only 2euros) the restaurants/ bars on the beach were a great place to sit with a beer and people watch. felt safe and was very relaxing. only a short walk down a small hill, could manage in a wheelchair quite easily, beach bars accessible.

    Cala Major beach is one of the prettiest if not prettiest...

    Cala Major beach is one of the prettiest if not prettiest beaches in Mallorca. It gets very crowded, especially during the tourist season, which is from Easter til the end of October. Best avoided altogether in July and August. There are a couple of overpriced and very touristy cafes and shops, but I would recommend to simply bring a drink and snack and avoid those entirely. Amazing sunset views, so try to be there in the evening when there are also less people sunbathing. Unfortunately, the way some people behave at the beaches is pretty unpleasant. People are generally not in the nude at this beach, but can be nearly nude and displaying themselves in a way that can be considered to be quite vulgar, so just be aware of that, especially if bringing children or older people with you.

    Breakfast was great (glad that there was smoked turkey alternate to bacon, since I don't eat pork). Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great, and it was great that there were shampoo and body gel and lotion, all of which were of great quality. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. Location is pretty decent, close to the Cala Major beach and not far from downtown Palma.

    We had an excellent stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Location is about 15min by bus(No.4) to Palma Old town. Bus stop was close by, about 2min walk. Cala Major beach was about 5min walk, with a lovely vegan restaurant Avacado close by. There was some construction work going around, but that didn't bother us much since we were out most of the day time.
