The rooms and their equipment are excellent, the bed is comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is right next to Chamartín station, excellent accessibility to both the airport and the city center. Two elevators to individual floors of the hotel. A beautiful view of the surrounding city, including four landmarks of the city - skyscrapers. And the breakfast is really luxurious, enough of everything you can think of, a beautiful start to the day. Hams, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, sweet buns and cups, many kinds of juices, coffee from machines, even champagne can be had. After check-out, luggage can be stored for free until the end of the day.

Hotel located at Chamartín station, with easy access to transportation to move around Madrid. Very clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Cheap parking (for Madrid, that is, as long as you pre-pay your stay) located 2 blocks from it. Gracious and accommodating staff.

We stayed in a room with a deluxe king bed which was very comfortable. We opted to pay for the daily breakfast option and got room service for some of the nights and the food was exceptional. Breakfast options were very good as well. This hotel is 5min from the metro making it very easy to travel where we wanted to go!
