The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​the city, which is 10-15 minutes away from the airport by car. The metro station is a ten-minute walk away, and the line goes directly to the city center. The staff is very polite, helpful and unobtrusive. The breakfast was correct, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere (light music with a piano is played). The rooms are extremely neat and clean, and the TV is large. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and it made our stay in Madrid even more enjoyable.

We found everything we needed in the shared kitchen. It was great that there was a water dispenser. The room was nice, cozy and clean. We also appreciate the coffee capsules. Earplugs were provided to reduce infiltrating noises. The central parts of Madrid can be easily reached with a 20-minute metro ride from the nearby metro station. Perfect accommodation to get to know Madrid and travel to nearby cities such as Toledo.

The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. I spent 4 nights (long weekend) at the hotel as I attended a concert on Saturday at the stadium metropolitano. The location was very important to me, to have 'direct' access to and from the stadium, to have an easy return after the event (i.e. direct metro line to the stadium) . There are 3 other metro lines in front of the hotel and a few more within a short walk. One line right in front of the hotel brings you to the city center (SOL) in less than 15 minutes. With this line you can also reach the bullring, if you attend one show. Also easy access to the Bernabeu. There is a supermarket a few steps from the hotel, which is open 24/7 if you wanna grab some water etc. Ahead of my arrival I asked for a quiet room and I have never slept so well at a hotel before. The room was super super super quiet, no noise from the street (only other guests were slamming the doors starting at 7am, even though you could have closed the room door silently..., but it is not the hotel's fault). The bed is OMG, extremely comfortable and big. The room was always spotless clean and the bathroom also very modern with walk in shower. At the reception everybody is extremely nice and kind. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Got a few tears in my eyes when I left the hotel and I was on my way to the airport. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect weekend. Not directly in the center but very very close and with easy access, quiet rooms with the best beds ever.
