While not in the most exciting area, it's right on top of the Chamartin train and Metro station which is excellently connected to everywhere (which is why I booked it, conveniently located between two institutes I was visiting, one downtown and one out of the city). The city centre is easy to reach also late at night. Super close taxi ride from/to the airport. Very friendly staff, even brought packages delivered to me to my room which I have never seen before at any hotel. Fantastic breakfast. All clean clean clean.

23rd floor over looking Madrid. House keeping staff are amazing, polite and kind. The Double bed was very large and the bathroom showers were awesom, it also included a bath, which made my wife very happy. I stayed for 7 nights, with my wife and 19yr old son. Firstly Roberta was amazing, she makes everyone feel like a guest and listens. She is an excellent ambassador for Eurostars. Margarita at breakfast is super efficient and super lovely. Gina at breakfast is amazing and ready to help/assist. They all have excellent customer service skills that go above and beyond and raise the bar of expectations. My time is precious and I work hard to save and take a break, So well done to Eurostars and all who work there, Bravo and Ole. Thanks Fran.xx

We had come to Madrid for my daughter's birthday and stayed at Exe, as we did last year. When I asked for a small surprise via email, you replied that you do not offer such a service. However, when we entered the room, we were greeted with your note and cake. My daughter was very happy on her 16th birthday. Thank you very much for your thoughtful gesture and kindness. Be sure to include breakfast with your stays. The hotel was next to the metro. We reached everywhere very easily.
