Very clean comfortable and conveniently located in the CBD close to places of interest

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that the hotel is quite far from the city centre, so getting around took more time. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind staying a little outside the city.

We stayed only one night but had such a pleasant time here. The staff was very nice and respectful. Great value and reasonable price. Our room was very clean and had a lot of space. The bed was comfortable and there are two pillows to choose from. We also had a bathtub which was great for relaxing after a long day of walking, and there's also a body&hair wash and conditioner available. We really liked the breakfast that was regularly refilled and had a decent amount of options. Everything necessary was there - scrambled eggs, a variety of meat and cheese, different breads, croissants, yoghurts, fruit and drinks.

We were in the Exe hotel, as this was refurbished. Great place, perfect location, accessible and close to the metro. Breakfast was so good, the staff was so helpful, kind and polite. Thank you for making us a journey pack. I will go back to this hotel on my next trip to Madrid.

Very good and clean hotel, great price for its quality and for Madrid. The terrace and the common zone was also great with pleasant view on towers.

Location a little out of the center, but still close to two metro stations. Very easy and quick access from the airport. In front of the accommodation there is even a bus stop to the center and on the other side to IFEMA (convenient if you are going to a concert, the bus also runs at night). There is also a place with some food right next to it, and the nearest shops are a 5-10 minute walk away. The staff is very friendly, and the room is also extremely clean, although small.

Everything was great with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the internet worked perfectly. Perfect for an overnight close to the airport

Free Taxi to Plaza Castilla, from where you can take metro line 10 into to city center. Good breakfast and nice room. Free parking on the street near the hotel.
